After you've ordered your print, production takes 1-5 business days + shipping time

CANvas Prints

Are the photos originals? 
Yes the photos are originals from Windsor's history and past collected through many many years. We reproduce these originals onto our prints and products so you can enjoy them in many different ways! 

Do you offer canvas sizes any bigger or smaller than the options on your website?
Sure, contact us for further information on additional sizes available.

Do you have other color options for photo borders other than photo wrap?
We do, just contact us and let us know your preference. We can do black, white, or mirror borders through special request.

Can you add personalized text to the canvas? 
Yes we can, however there is an additional design charge to add text. When you place your order, please write us a note in the "notes" section and we'll get in contact with you! Extra charges depend on the amount of text to add. 

 

Care And USE

Can I hang my artwork outside?  

The canvas prints are recommended for indoor use only, avoid hanging in direct sun light for prolonged periods. The prints are not waterproof so try to avoid damp areas or surroundings.

Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?
Artwork should ever be hung in potentially humid areas or in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. We don't recommend hanging in a bathroom that has a shower or bath as moisture will damage your print. 

Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?
All framed prints come ready-to-hang out of the box with gallery-strength piano wire, a hook and nail. We've included everything in your order so it's ready to hang right away.

How do I clean/maintain my canvas? 
The best way to clean the canvas is with a with a lint free/ microfiber cloth. Do NOT use water or chemicals to clean your print as it can damage the surface. 

SHIPPING

I need my canvas by a certain date, what do I do?
If you need your canvas by a certain date, please indicate it in the notes section of your order. If the date is particularly soon you may need to add rush shipping to ensure it arrives in time. Either way, contact us at support@windsorprints.com with your order number after you place your order to confirm details.

Will you send me tracking information once my canvas has shipped?
Yes, we will email you once your order has shipped with your tracking number and courier

 

BILLING

Why do you charge my credit card before my product has been produced? 
Everything we make is custom and produced on-demand, so we must bill you in advance before beginning work. 

I cancelled my order, why haven't I seen a refund on my credit card?
It can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to process through your credit card company. Contact us for an ETA.
